With a growing community, we help our creators (or Authors, as we call it) enjoy the flexibility of being their own boss, working from anywhere in the world and most of all, earn a living doing what they love. For our customers, we help them bring their creative ideas to life by connecting them with our talented community.

This section covers details for Items other than fonts or add-ons

You can use an Item to create an End Product for yourself or for a client. If you use an Item to create an End Product for a client, then you can transfer the End Product to your client as long as you have followed the requirements in clause 3 and your subscription remains active. The right to use that Item as part of the End Product is transferred to your client with the End Product. If you want to use the Item again, Register it for a different Single Use.
If you transfer an End Product to a client, you do so by sublicensing these license rights in any Item within that End Product. The sublicense must only be granted on condition that use of the Item is limited to that use which is necessary in order to use the End Product, so the Item must not be extracted, reproduced or used in any other way (the Limited Sublicense). You must inform your client of this condition.
You can make any number of copies of the End Product created using an Item. You can distribute the End Product through multiple media.
You can modify or manipulate an Item, or combine the Item with other works, to suit your End Product. The resulting works created using the Item are subject to the terms of this license. You can do the things allowed in this clause as long as the End Product you then create using an Item is one that’s permitted.
If an Item contains multiple assets you can make more than one End Product with that Item but you must first Register the Item for each new project.

Morovicracks offers a range of products and platforms to suit a variety of projects and customers, including Code Scripts, Video, Music & Audio, Website Themes, Design Assets, Stock Photos and 3D Models (called content types).

The rules

When you become a author you get to access our library of Items that must be used in accordance with the Morovicracks Licence Terms. Products for Individuals is a single seat usage subscription only, available for use by a single real person or for a single seat usage by a company with less than fifty employees. You are not permitted to share the seat.

Authority to agree to these terms: If you are a company or organization, both you and the real person who signs up on your behalf represent and warrant that this person has the authority to bind your company or organization.

Age: You need to be 18 years or over to become a Subscriber. If you’re under 18 you will need to use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age, with their permission, and this adult will be responsible for all your activities.

Your responsibility: You promise that information you give us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information up-to-date (including a current email address). Your subscription is not transferable. You are responsible for any use of Morovicracks products that occurs in conjunction with your username and password so keep your password secure and don’t let any other person use your username or password. If you realise there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security you need to let us know immediately.
